Moti Mahal Delux stands on a strong foundation of 100 years. We're the pioneers of 'Tandoori' cuisine, Dal Makhni & Butter Chicken. It all started when Shri. Kundan Lal Gujral fled to India during the partition to start afresh. The first outlet was in Daryaganj, where the city witnessed the growth and merit of his legendary dishes. Since then, Moti Mahal has gained recognition and has multiplied its outlets worldwide. 

Today, Mr. Kuvam Gujral Director of Moti Mahal Group, who is the great-grandson of Shri. Kundan Lal Gujral focuses on carrying the legacy forward. He is the man behind adding a modern fine dining experience to the authentic and traditional dishes that Moti Mahal is known for. He has made moti mahal to a Modern Art Kitchen relishing modern dishes yet keeping the legacy in my mind.

Moti Mahal offers five franchise models, mainly being; Casual Dining, Fine Dining, Cloud Kitchen, Kiosks, and Indi Grill. You'll be happy to know about their affordable investment models, which start from 20 Lacs and goes up to 1 Cr.
